Why should I insert my cell phone number?
The cell phone number is very important, being the only way for us to contact you immediately in case of any inconvenience.

Is the price per person?
No, the price is for car, regardless of the number of carried persons.

If the flight is delayed, will there be a surcharge?
Absolutely NOT, no additional cost will be applied.

How can I pay?
You can choose among the following methods of payment:

  • CREDIT TRANSFER (preferably five days before the date of service);
  • CASH (You will directly pay the driver at the end of service)
  • CREDIT CARD (You will directly pay the driver at the end of service, with a 5% surcharge for bank fees)

How can we find the driver at the airport?
Our driver will wait for you with a sign bearing your name at the arrival area (right side) inside the airport terminal.

Can I have the receipt?
Yes, at the end of service you can ask our driver to issue a receipt for the travelled route.

Can I have the invoice?
